Refund policy

At Cotton Top Gifts, every item is made with care and attention to detail. Because many of our products are personalized or custom-made, we do not accept returns, or refunds. 

All items are non-refundable, and non-returnable unless there is a mistake on our part (ex. error in spelling, design, or product quality that differs from your approved order). If mistake has occurred please contact us within 7 days of delivery, with a photo and a description of the issue, and we will gladly work with you to make it right, and process an exchange.
